Cheers, but that phrase or words/ideas doesn't appear on the version of the folio that arrives at my computer, so I volition e-mail the page creator. Meanwhile, anyone with other sources?
BTW, what a great resource this is. I used to do more Powerpoint when I was in sales... this would have been bang-up.
To repeat:
>I load upwards nearly 75 pages/slides with one picture each.
>I randomize the slides/pages
>I then go back and number the slides 1-75 in some way that creates visible tag
>Equally the show is running viewers vote for their favorites (photograph contest)
So, one randomization, anyone?

Not sure I empathise but here is the part of the folio I meant (I'm the author BTW!)
Shuffle Part of Presentation
You can utilize rnd in a similar way to shuffle a section of a presentation. Input the highest and lowest slide numbers to exist affected.
Sub shufflerange()
Dim Iupper Every bit Integer
Dim Ilower Every bit Integer
Dim Ifrom Every bit Integer
Dim Ito As Integer
Dim i As Integer
Iupper = InputBox("What is the highest slide number to shuffle")

Thank you very much for the follow-up. When I went to the page (a super site, thanks) I searched for the string "shuffle" and "role" and Firefox did not "run into" them on the page. I scrolled around for a while simply my eye did not catch the words, so I put it off until I had more time. Thanks for sending the info more straight. Looks like either macro or VBA code. ...and I see you take made a simplified wrapper for download. That looks like a helpful way to do this as I rarely employ code in Office (although I have done so...)

I followed the instructions in the pdf, just afterward that I'm not able to open ppt anymore. I go this error:

@John To help you debugging it: Later on saying Aye to disable the shuffle07, I got the same error again, but now for shuffle03. I selected Yes over again, and ppt works at present.
Of course I cannot utilise the shuffle Add-in, whom I see both actualization in PowerPoint2013/Developer/Add-Ins

Nosotros haven't had whatsoever other reports of this.
The AddIn comes with an uninstaller which you should run either from the Windows control console or by running the msi file once more.
If you take (or accept e'er had) Kasperski that is the problem and you should contact them and complain.
Once you accept uninstalled the downloaded AddIn contact me directly john ATSIGN pptalchemy.co.uk and I will send yous a version specific to your version (You will need to say what it is!!)

I tried to utilise your addone only the trouble is it does not randamize after click on slide show
it only shuffle the slide in edit fashion. does not work in run time (slide prove) mode.
the slide show starting time from ane - end in sequence

You are correct the free AddIn works if edit way. How would you call the AddIn in show way?
The lawmaking which is supplied on the same page will work in testify mode though simply have a shape with an action ready to run it on slide 1.
OR
Add this code to telephone call the AddIn (which must be installed)
Sub startAddIn()
Awarding.Run "shuffle.ppam!shufflerange"
End Sub
Have the shape actioned to run this nmacro
